Hi there — The featured image on my post in my “Art” category was flipped on its side. I’ve tried removing the picture (and the featured image) from the post and replacing it… to no avail.

Could you help me troubleshoot this?

    Thanks!

To clarify, when I delete the plugin it resolves this issue. However, when I add this to the end of the URL (with the plugin activated): ?ao_noptimize=1
    Then it doesn’t change anything.

    Hello,

We have no such option “?ao_noptimize=1” you can use the exclusion filters from the plugin to exclude images from lazy-loading or processing.

Here is some more info about this: https://docs.optimole.com/article/1191-exclude-from-optimizing-or-lazy-loading

Let us know how this goes and if excluding the image solves the issue.

    Thank you!

Well, this resolved the flipped image; but, the downside seems to be that the image isn’t optimized now. Beyond compressing the image… is there any other way I can make sure that it isn’t slowing down my website?

Nevermind — it appears that it was fixed when I deleted the original, directly compressed it from my files, and then re-uploaded it.
