Featured image is cropped in the post page

When I add a post to my Blog page, the featured image is cropped in the page post. If you take a look at https://far-out.io/referrals-on-social-media-a-modern-word-of-mouth-marketing/ , you will see the top of the image has been cropped.

The correct one should be like what I published in the medium: https://sina-62348.medium.com/referrals-on-social-media-a-modern-word-of-mouth-marketing-c1d08083ce31

I wonder what I should do to avoid this happens?
