Featured Image is no longer displayed

    Hey there,

    since a view weeks, the featured image is no longer displayed in the single-event-view.

    The checkbox for the image is checked and all templates are deactiveted.

    It used to work but somehow – i guess because of an update – it’s not working anymore.

    Please tell me what additional information you need or how i can fixe this problem.

    Have you made any changes to your theme?

    There is a special case for featured images where if the following are true:

    1. You’re viewing a singular event page.
    2. The event has a post thumbnail
    3. The current theme supports featured images
    4. and you’re *not* using a custom template for My Calendar…

    Then the featured image will be hidden. This is because I had to make a choice between the possible risk of not showing the image vs. showing it twice, and I’ve opted for not showing in that situation, since most of the time, a theme that supports featured images also uses them.

    You can fix this by using a custom template for My Calendar; you can just take your existing single.php and copying it to single-mc-events.php.
