Featured image missing

Hey!

My sisters web-page doesn’t show featured image. It has been set on and picture has been selected but it’s not showing in the website.

It worked before, but now it’s not working anymore. I don’t know why.
I tried to google it couple of times but no help. Also tried to install another theme, switch to it, delete athena, notice that featured image is actually working in another theme, then installed athena again and activated it.. and Featured Image is again not working ??
