featured image not appearing on mobile

    Hi,

    This plugin works great for the desktop versions of the site. However, the featured images don’t seem to appear on mobile. The site runs the Genesis Framework, current WordPress version.

    Any ideas?

    Hi Wiredpinecone,

    I doubt this is a issue with the plugin if it works on the desktop.
    But let’s do some checks.

    1. Does a normally set featured image show on mobile on a post/page
    2. Are you running plain Genesis Framework, or some theme on top of it?
      Genesis Framework is not intended to use on it’s own (link: point 6)
    3. If you’re up for it. Maybe the image is in the HTML but hidden, can you check that?

    Hi Jan,

    It started working suddenly, without my doing anything. I know I’d cleared the cache out before, and it hadn’t made a difference, but when I took care of a few plugin updates and cleared it again today, it suddenly appears.

    It’s a child theme for Genesis, the other images have always showed up without issue.
