Featured Image not retrieving

That is because your feed doesn’t have featured images to be imported. You can always check how the feed should look on this site: https://simplepie.org/demo/.

We are using simple wordpress feed. is there any mistake?

There isn’t any mistake, you have to find a feed that has featured images to import.
