Featured Image Not Showing

    Recently the featured image no longer appears in the PDF (button is at the bottom right of the article). I double checked to make sure featured image was enabled in the plugin configuration, and it is. Is there something else I need to change so it will appear in the PDF? All I get right now is a big white space. Thanks!

    Thank you for contacting us!

    Please try to deactivate all of your plugins except PDF & Print by BestWebSoft and also check if the problem is still present. If it is not, activate the plugins one-by-one, meanwhile checking, after which plugin activation the problem appears again.
