Featured Image not Showing

    eHi, I realized recently that my featured images are not showing up on telegram, rather my websites site icon is showing up. What can I do to make sure this works properly?

    These are my current image settings in the plugin:
    Featured Image: Enabled
    Image Position: Before Text
    Single Message: Enabled
    Parse Mode: Markdown Style
