Featured Image not showing

Goodmorning,
i have encountered a problem during the development of this client’ site.
In particular, i cannot enable natively the Featured Image directly from an embedded Youtube resource.

I followed the instructions from this tutorial, which also says it’s not a theme related capability: https://youtu.be/ugiT_MoWa5I

My wordpress version: WordPress 5.8.2
Theme installed: Astra Theme (i already tried to change to see if my problem was theme related, and i still reproduced the problem)
Plugins installed:
Akismet Anti-Spam – 4.2.1 (disabled)
Automatic Featured Images from Youtube/Vimeo – 1.2.0 (disabled because i’d like to have Featured Images natively, and also a plugin can be a security risk)
Hello Dolly – 1.7.2 (disabled)
LiteSpeed Cache – 4.4.5 (disabled for troubleshooting)
Ultimate Addons for Gutenberg – 1.25.2 (enabled, used in production)

Do you have any ideas? I have verified that the plugin “Automatic Featured Images” does work, but i’d like, as i said before, to be able to do that natively on the theme, and i’d like to consider it my last resource.
