Featured Image Not showing in items

Hi!

This problem probably occurs because your theme doesn’t use the “only” WordPress function our plugin can rely on to set an external featured image. In other words, it looks like our plugin is not compatible with your theme.

Moreover, NelioEFI (this plugin) is now discontinued – a few weeks ago we integrated the functionalities of this plugin into Nelio Content. I recommend you download and install Nelio Content, which implements some new tricks to (try to) display the external featured image in the front end.

So, give Nelio Content a try and let me know if it worked. If it didn’t, just let me know which theme you’re using and I’ll see if there’s something we can do about it.
