Featured Image not showing on blog page

Hello,

As usual when publishing a blog I have inserted a featured image which shows to the side of the post on my blog page.

However, on this occasion although I have included a featured image on the blog page the image isn’t showing and instead it’s a small error image.

Can anybody explain why this has occurred? I uploaded a blog earlier the same day to which the featured image showed as normal.

Any help would be great!
