Featured Image not showing on the Top of the posts, below Post H1 heading

I am using a socially viral theme, I am facing issues related to featured images on my posts.

I need to see a featured image on top of my posts automatically.

if I set the featured image on the WordPress option, then that image should appear on the top of the post below H1 heading. But not showing in my case, help me out, please!
