Featured image not showing up with excerps

  • Having problem with Featured image when set to a post. Some show up in the header and some come up as a thumbnail in my page of posts template on these two pages…

    As you can see they are inconsistent although all if not most have a featured image on them… I don’t care for the header to change as all I want is the thumbnails to show up for each post/ artist…

    how can I fix it.. already scaled the image down and it still doesn’t change anything, tried to remove and re upload it to work didn’t work…

    Theme using: Weaver II Version 1.0.24

    I am pretty illiterate to coding so please be easy with me… Thank you

    Did you do this in the ‘post’ or in the Media Library? Media are post specific.

    In the post..

    I clicked “use as feature image” when creating the post some through an uploaded image and some through the image gallery.

    Both seem to work in both instances so that is not the issue as I had checked to see if that made a difference already.

    Is there anyway to disable the featured photo in the header???

    Am I to assume that I have to manually scale all the images smaller then the header width to ensure it does not become a header???

    Please let me know if there is a fast way of doing this..
