Featured image not visible

Hi guys, we started an online magazine about tech & gaming with WordPress 4.9.1 and Free Customizr Theme. Since WP’s last update we found some issues: featured images for posts are showing correctly in our Homepage, but when loading an article page, the single featured image about that post doesn’t appear, leaving a blank space. This doesn’t happen on all browsers (mostly a Chrome issue), also image galleries don’t seem to load anymore.

Anyone experiencing similar issues with Customizr or any other theme? Any fixes? Should we contact Customizr support?
