Featured image not visible

  • Hi guys, we started an online magazine about tech & gaming with WordPress 4.9.1 and Free Customizr Theme. Since WP’s last update we found some issues: featured images for posts are showing correctly in our Homepage, but when loading an article page, the single featured image about that post doesn’t appear, leaving a blank space. This doesn’t happen on all browsers (mostly happening in Chrome), also image galleries don’t seem to load anymore.

    Anyone experiencing similar issues? Any fixes?

  • Hi there,
    I’ve visited several posts on your website (with chrome) and they all show the featured image correctly on my side. Cannot reproduce it neither on my local environment.
    Also the WP update shouldn’t not be related to this particular issue.

    Might be a browser caching issue?!

    Did you clean your browser cache?

    Have similar issue–Featured Image shows up on home page but not on post, e.g., https://www.neucarol.com/japanese-fabric/.

    Appears to have something to do with the actual image as changed out featured image on a different post and then it showed on post. Have tried all different images for post under discussion (above) and still does not work

    Featured images and some images are not showing both on the homepage and inside posts.

    Featured image is not being displayed in the article page, till a day before they were being displayed but today i am not able to see them, can anyone help me with this?

    Hi there
    Good day.
    I have a problem with my featured image.
    I am stuck in the ABOUT & CONTACT US pages. The featured images not showing in the web page, only grey areas. What went wrong?? The BLOG page is working fine, with a featured image.
    Under Theme Option, the settings are as follow:-
    1.Front Page section 1 content – BLOG
    2.Front Page section 2 content – ABOUT
    3.Front Page section 3 content – CONTACT US
    When I am at the “Pages”,( in the admin area, ie. About & Contact Us), the featured images for both the About & Contact Us can be seen.

    So, based on the above settings, can you advise how I can resolve the issue?
