Featured image not working for all users

    Hi all,

    I am using the Expound theme of WordPress 3.7.1. Right now we have two users with administrator rights – myself and someone else.

    When I login, I can upload images to the media folder and then go into a post and add those images as the featured image. However, when the other user logs in, he can upload photos to the media folder, but when he goes into the post and clicks “set featured image,” he gets a blank screen.

    Any ideas why this would be?

    I am also facing this issue :(. No workaround for this. We have to wait for next release.

    Is there possibility using more than 5 featured images on the page?
    I was trying 10 or 8 and doesn’t work!

    Are you sure you’re meaning featured images and not featured posts? You can only have 1 featured image per post.

    But Expound has 5 featured posts, and then continues down.

    I have been having an issue with the featured posts though. I don’t ever make them stickies, and featured posts 2-5 no longer appear and just appear as regular posts under featured post #1

    That’s right . 5 post with featured images 1 and 4 underneath and down the rest At my place is the same Thanks for reply.

    You can set up to 9 featured posts if you want, with Jetpack’s Featured Content module. As for the thumbnail images, I don’t think it’s related to the theme, which is easy to check – try and do the same with a different theme that supports post thumbnails and see if you can reproduce the issue.
