Featured image on title hover

Hi! I’m looking for a plugin with functions similar to these two sites :

I want to be able to see the featured image linked to the article just by hovering. I guess it could be done with Javascript but I’m not advanced enough to do it…

I’m also open to trying a theme with this particular functionality.
