Featured Image options

Hi, I have 2 issues: (1) Featured image has little top padding and (2) I would like the title of the post to show above the Featured Image. I didn’t have to deal with this in the past but given that I know have a HOME page (includes post carrousel) and a BLOG page I need to add Featured Images to all my posts. I tried using additional CSS in Theme customization but it didn’t work. I would like to apply these changes to my BLOG page. Any help on this topic is highly appreciated.
