Featured image Product category

    Hello Team,

    I would like to set a specific image on the top of each product category archive page based on the related category.

    I went to Customize > Woocommerce > General and set the below option to Yes
    Display Featured Image
    Display the categories featured images before the product archives.

    My question is where should I set the featured image for each product category since I only have the option to set a thumbnail image for each category under woocommerce categories.

    Note im using OceanWp theme

    Please advise.

    Hi @shoptak,

    Within a default installation of the free WooCommerce plugin there is no General section located at Appearance > Customize> WooCommerce. Below is a screenshot from a installation of the free WooCommerce plugin with the free Storefront theme activated.

    It seems like either your theme of OceanWP or another plugin you have installed is adding the General section to your particular site. I’d suggest reaching out to the support team for OceanWP to see if it’s their theme adding those additional settings which you’re seeing.

    If it is the OceanWP theme adding those setting their support team will be able to offer guidance on how to have the images display within their theme.
