I am loving the Apprise theme, and I’d like to use the featured image. However, I don’t want the featured image to show up at the top of the post. Each post I do has it’s own image, and I’d like the featured one to only show up on the home page, not the post page. Is there a way to do this?

I will address this issue in the upcoming update of the theme. As a quick fix for now you can set post format to “video” to prevent featured image to appear as part of the post.

I noticed this was fixed in the new update, so I changed everything back to “standard.” Everything was working well, but then today I notice the featured image is again showing up on all of the posts. Is this still being worked out? Would you recommend just posting all as “video” still?

Please go to WordPress dashboard -> Appearance -> Theme Options -> Blog Options and set “Display Featured Image Inside the Post” to “OFF”

    Ah — thanks!

Hi, I don’t see “Display Featured Image Inside the Post” under my blog options. Do I need to upgrade my Apprise version? I’m running 1.0.4

Nevermind! I upgraded and I see it now.
