Featured Image resize

  • Hello,

    I am using newspaper theme and cminds post importer. My query is, when my plugin imports a post, the image dimension is max 400 px on either side. However, that is not compatible with the AMP SEO.

    So, I want to resize the imported featured image to a minimum of 1200px width (scaling proportionately).

    I am a non developer and use code snippet plugin for tweaks.

    Can someone please guide

    The file’s pixel dimension is 400px, or the displayed size is 400px? You don’t want to upscale a 400px image file to 1200px. The image quality would be seriously degraded.

    If an importer plugin is bringing in 400px images, I recommend asking the plugin’s devs through their dedicated support channel how you might remedy that.
