featured image size

I Downloaded and set up my Content View plugin correctly, so far it’s perfect but on my featured contents, the featured images are of different sizes even though my thumbnail size was set at 330 x 180, is there anyway Content View plugin can force crop the thumbnail so all featured image is the same size?
