no need since its configurable via theme options->post setting->excerpt text.

they should be translateable in .po file.
if you want to manual edit them then open
– lib/templates/breadcrumbs.php for home
– lib/templates/post-meta.php for no comment yet
– comments.php for subribes to comment feed.
