Are you using a lazyload plugin for the site? Looking at the broken image, it seems there’s some other plugin trying to modify the images. If you do have that enabled, please try turning it off and see if that resolves the issue.

You also might take a look at the Genesis Featured Page Advanced plugin if you’re using Genesis.

@mtulett, since I haven’t heard back from you in a while, I’m going to assume this problem is resolved. Please update this ticket or open a new support thread if that isn’t the case.

I had the same issue which disappeared after disabling the Lazy Load plugin. Any suggestions how to use both?

Thanks for letting me know. Please open a new support thread with a link to your site and a link to the specific lazyload plugin you’re using. I can’t promise that this plugin works with every other plugin, but I would like to look into whether I can resolve this for you and maybe @mtulett too.
