Featured Image thumbnail getting cropped instead of resized

    Hi,

    I add a fairly large feature image to a post and when it shows up in related posts thumbnails, and the recent posts on home page, it is getting cropped instead of resizing. How do I fix this? I’m using twentytwenty theme with latest version of wordpress and theme. I really need the image to resize rather than crop because the crop cuts out the title of the post which is in the image

    How do you have the Media Settings for thumbnails set? Is it set to crop the thumbnail?

    No I have that box unchecked.

    Do you have a plugin for related posts?
    What are you using for recent posts on home page? Is it a block?
    (I am thinking that neither of these is part of the theme.)

    Yes I am using the Stackable plugin for related posts.

    I suggest you ask at the support forum for the Stackable plugin for the related posts portion.
