Featured Image Visible on Elementor (backend) but No Display in frontend

First, send along your system information. You can do this by navigating to Donations > Tools > System Info (tab) and click the button to “Get System Report” and copy/paste that in your reply here.

Also, are you seeing any error messages on either the front or back ends when you view your page? If you can send along the URL for your form, I can hop in to check this from the front end.

There is no error show on the elementor side either at the frontend. In the elementor the featured image is shown as normal. But in frontend, the featured image is missing.

Thanks for sending along your information, that helps!

I took a look at your shortcode in my own test site, and it looks like the style of your quotation marks is the trouble. When I remove quotation marks from various parameters, the shortcode works as expected: Form Grid Shortcode

I have a featured image on only one of my forms, which you can see in the screencast. I would recommend starting by just removing those quotation marks. They aren’t really necessary, and if they are causing trouble it’ll be quicker to just remove them and test.

Let me know how things go once you’ve done this. If you are still having trouble I’m happy to keep digging.

The quotation marks is working at my site. I tried remove the quotation mark as referring to your recording video, but the result is still the same. The featured image is visible in the Elementor Editor but invisible/missing in the front-end.

As I can see in your video, you are using Gutenberg editor to paste the shortcode, for information, im not using Gutenberg as my editor. Im using elementor ‘shortcode’ element/widget to insert in the column in my site.

I ran a few more tests, and each time I remove the quotation marks my featured images work. Here’s a new screencast using the Elementor shortcode widget: Elementor Featured Image Test.

I’m not able to replicate the issue you are seeing, once I remove those quotation marks, the features images display as expected. I’ll need more detailed steps to be able to move forward testing things here, because at the moment I’m able to fix the issue by removing those quotation marks.
