Featured Images!

Hi all ??
I am a novice and just changed to Tempera. All of my featured images looked terrible.
I resized a couple but they were too rectangular so I have tried cropping them again to more of a square but it’s just not working. I’m really lost here, I want them all to be the same size.
Please help!
