Featured Images

  • Up until yesterday, my featured images were working properly, meaning they were automatically cropping to 640×250 no matter their original dimensions.

    As of last night, they suddenly stopped resizing, and are now just sitting as squares above each image (since they are all square shaped, that is expected).

    I was cleaning out my plugins yesterday, but I don’t think I deleted one I need. Can someone please help?

    First of all. nice looking site!

    Second of all, your images look fine to me. Were you able to fix the issue? If so how?

    Thanks for getting back to me on this. The reason it looks alright is because I’ve been building featured images to the specifications of the design, since it wasn’t cropping them properly. You can see what I mean if you go farther back, like: https://www.valisemag.com/page/4/

    Any ideas what could be causing this?

    I went right back to your first pages and all the featured images appear to be sized correctly at 640×250. I’m guessing you re-sized all your images using a script of some sort? Sorry for the late reply.
