Featured Images Broken

After running this plugin, none of my featured images are working. The image within the posts are fine and I see them in the media library, however, all featured images have been deleted somehow. I did NOT have the “Delete thumbnail files for old unregistered sizes in order to free up server space” selected. How can I fix this?
