    Hi CYBERsprout,

I will have to do some investigating. What was the other plugin that was causing a conflict?

In the meantime, have you tried creating a header on a new page and seeing if that displays correctly?

Thanks for the response! The plugin conflict was between Gravity Forms and ShortPixel.

After posting the issue here, I noticed that the all of other Genesis plugins (eg Simple Edits, Simple Social Share, etc) are not working either. What is weird is that all I did was deactivate and reactivate the plugins. I’ve even tried activating the Genesis Sample theme, deleting all of the Genesis plugins, and reinstalling them with no luck.

    Any suggestions?

    Hey ,

Gravity Forms is a pretty solid plugin so I doubt the issue is there. I had never heard of ShortPixel before, but it seems like a pretty cool, and pretty complicated plugin. Check out this support thread. The topic of “sessions” is well beyond me, but maybe the plugin altered your website’s database somehow?

Full disclaimer, I am sure ShortPixel is a great plugin, I am just throwing out ideas that come to mind. Do any other, non-Genesis plugins work? Either way, I would try submitting a support ticket to them. They seem really on top of their support so I would expect a speedy reply.

Let me know what happens. I would be interested to know the cause if you ever discover it.

    Best of luck,
    Nick

I wouldn’t worry about the plugin conflict as it wasn’t affecting the Genesis plugins. The ShortPixel plugin was causing an issue with Gravity forms only. I included this only to explain why I was deactivating all the plugins to look for the conflict with Gravity Forms.

    Ok great, good luck!
