Featured Images doesn't show as screencaps. Do I config well the theme?

  • Hi, if you see the imges of the theme, you will se it’s show a green square with a title on the featured images, I can’t get that.

    Also, the featured images on this theme doesn’t get resize equal or it keeps the original dimensions of each image in each post?
