Featured Images for Posts Not Displaying on Homepage

I am using Twenty Seventeen, and have this setup:
Settings/Reading: Your homepage displays A static page
Homepage: Home
Posts page: BlogFeatured Images show up fine on the individual posts, like this one:
https://waywardstrings.com/why-i-still-go-to-bluegrass-camp/Featured Images also show on the Blog page:
https://waywardstrings.com/blog/But Featured Images do NOT show on the Home page:
https://waywardstrings.com/blog/What am I missing?
