Featured Images not appearing in shared/linked facebook posts

I run a photoblog at fitsandstopsphotographyblog.com
As of the past couple of weeks, when I share a post on Facebook (either by clicking a share button on my blog, or by copying and pasting the link into a Facebook post), my featured images no longer appear as options for inclusion in the posts. Instead, Facebook prompts me to pick one of the other images from my website, which I don’t want to use for the post.
I use the Yoast SEO plugin for descriptions and the like, and I believe that affects how a page is set up for Facebook’s OpenGraph protocols.
(I should also note that I recently started to use the WP Retina 2X plugin to display my featured images at hi-dpi for devices that support it. This has meant uploading large featured images of around 8-10 MB apiece.)
What might I need to do to get these images appearing again?
