I am having some trouble trying “WP RSS Multi Importer” work in my WordPress site.

After reading your FAQs, I think I need to use the “Feed to post” options but I cannot get it to work. What I want is to bring the last 3 posts from another site from WP including the featured image (this is very important for me).

I also tried to use the widget and I get the last 3 post, but no image is shown (I checked the option).

Thank you very much for your help!

first of all, you need to make sure the feed actually has an image in it. Second, you need to make sure the setting is to have the image set as a featured image. Third, your theme needs to support featured images. If all those are true, then give me the RSS feed you need to work.

there are no images in that feed…put the RSS feed into a firefox browser, view the source and you will see there no images in that feed.

    Hi Allen,

I am sorry, but I do not understand … There are images in https://www.otrosmuseos.com/blog , every post has a featured image. I thought that was enough so “RSS Multi Importer” could import them.

So, what am I doing wrong? How could I load those images to the RSS feed?

I would be really thankful if you could help me with this …

    Thank you very much!

Look for a plugin that will put images in your feed. My plugin doesn’t do that. It takes feeds from websites, but doesn’t construct those feeds.

    Hi Allen,

Sorry for disturbing you again with this matter. I loaded the images in https://www.otrosmuseos.com/blog/feed using the plugin you recommend, but still can’t see the featured images of those posts in my web.

Any ideas of how could I amend this?

    Thank you very much!

your theme is responsible for showing any featured images…so check with your theme.

Is there any way to know if my theme supports featured images?

I think it does, since it shows featured images for posts I have written. Plus, I have the code add_theme_support( ‘post-thumbnails’ ) in the functions.php file.

Many thanks and sorry for all the trouble …
