Featured Images on Facebook

Could you give me information about the issue?

Do you experience problems when sharing a post on Facebook, or when that post is automatically posted by Publicize?

I tried to share one of your latest posts, and the image was included, as you can see on this screenshot:

I checked your Facebook profile to see how the posts looked like there, but I couldn’t see any of these posts, since I am not your Friend on Facebook.

Could you post a screenshot of how this “Annual Spring Brunch” post looks like on your profile?

Could you try to define a Featured Image in your next post, and see if the problem persists?

Shoot, we did on those posts. The flower that showed up when you posted the link directly was the featured image.

I noticed that you’re using an old version of Jetpack. Could you update to the latest version, and let me know if this helps?

Ok it’s updated. Do we need to do another post? I’ll hav to coordinate with my client for that.

She may be hesitant because apparently the gravitar logo keeps showing up for her when she looks at her posts from her ipad or pc (not even her personal gravatar image). I see her gravatar image and not the logo. Know what’s up with that? Some sort of server issue?

It won’t matter if we can get the featured image working, though.

I am afraid you won’t be able to solve the issue for the posts that are already published on Facebook. If, however, you define a Featured Image in your next posts, it should be picked up by Publicize.
