Featured Images on Recent Posts

I’m assuming this feature doesn’t exist, but I was hoping to add the “featured images” from each blog post onto our homepage right above the titles on the 4 most recent posts we’ve made. Anyone have any insight on how to make this possible or is this a feature that could be added in the future? Thanks so much!
