Featured Images On The Search Result Pages Not Showing

You can override the template search.php by copy this file from the main theme folder to the child theme folder. Then edit file search.php in the child theme folder and change the code on line 18 to this code.

It is showing the featured image now. Do I need to use custom CSS in order to resize the image?
