Featured Images Resizing

Hello,

This theme was purchased as the Pro version and I am having a hell of a time trying to get the featured images to show up property across devices. The support email is only open until about 10am my time. So far, we’ve placed tons of css coding to try to get each to show up correctly- but there has got to be an easier way. All the other themes I’ve used auto size the featured images to respond across devices. Figures the one my client’s purchases is the one that has issues. I need to know how to have the featured images show up correctly, not cut off. I would appreciate any help available. I don’t mind css coding, but it’s become a ridiculous amount of it.
