Featured images to big and color question

    Is there a way to change the size of the featured images? I see that these images are all set to: 314-330 but this is way to big.
    Can’t seem to find where this code is hidden and where to change.

    Also I would like to change the color of the metadata and the no comments yet. Did find the entry meta but changing this doesn’t seem to respond.
