Hi there,
I am working on this website on behalf of a client.
When their users purchase a listing and pay extra for ‘Featured’ status, this is not updating the listing on the homepage.

On the homepage there is a list of products and the filters are set to Date (Recent cones first). By this, it would appear that the most recent ‘Featured’ listing is the ‘Pronovias Wedding Dress’ however since then a product named ‘New bespoke unaltered ivory gown’ has been added by a user who has paid for a ‘Featured’ listing but it does not appear in this list nor is there a recognition of this status on the item itself.

I.e. Upon trying to view the listing, it doesn’t appear as featured there either.

In essence, the client is having trouble when a customer purchases ‘Featured’ status, they then need to go into the listing and manually override the status of the listing. Can you please advise?

Hello, I am using classilist theme and classified listing pro and I have the same problem, after users pay to promote their ad, they are not updated to the corresponding promotion, be it featured, top listing or bump up. I need a solution since my clients are complaining because they make the payment and their notice is not enabled.

@barretomariadesign For Theme support please create ticket in our website we will check it.

First please check the ad publishing option is it auto or manual approval. If auto-approval then after payment success it will auto-approve.

There is no configuration in the template or the plugin that gives me that option, for example the memberships work correctly, the error is in the promotions. Please if you could solve it through the ticket that I already sent.

The options within the moderation settings are correct and this problem did not happen until a few days ago.

Please if you could solve it since I have been receiving complaints from my clients for several days.

And from what I see in the forum, the same thing is happening to several users.
