Featured News/Posts Flash plugin

Hi everyone. Can anyone tell me what this plugin is on the top left with the Featured news photos/titles being displayed in Flash.

I would love to get this plugin as it works great.
Currently we have https://demo.nggih.com/iwwf/ and it is not just as effective.
