Featured Page Dropdowns Not Showing Up

I saw that someone else was having this problem without a resolution. A client of mine wants to use Customizr. However, the featured page dropdown menus are not showing up.

I’ve disabled all of the plugins except for the Featured Page one, and they still don’t appear. It literally just looks like this:

Home featured page one
Home featured page two
Home featured page three

They act like links when you hover over them, but the dropdown menu to select the featured page doesn’t show up.

Any ideas? I’ve uninstalled the theme, deleted it, and reinstalled it. Disabled plugins, no effect.

She also has the features plugin and activated it with the key, and it still only has 3 featured pages (which I described above, the dropdowns aren’t showing up).
