Hi, in the provided example, the site uses an specific option to display the post list with an alternance of content and thumbnail.
You’ll find the option in the customizer > content > posts list, in the post list design section.
There you can pick the Alternate Thumbnail layout.

By default, the post lists are displayed with an alternance of content and thumbnail as shown below like the link that i post it . on my site it not work like this :

how can i make space from slider and post on my home page ??

you can add some margin at the bottom of the slider.
For example, you can use this css code in the custom CSS of the customizer ( advanced panel)

.customizr-slide {
    margin-bottom: 50px;
}
