Featured post in body plugin

I’m looking for a plugin where I can put featured posts after the third post, kind of like in this blog: https://www.themovieblog.com/. At the same time, I’d like to be able to have images as well, like this one: https://www.seibertron.com/news/view.php?id=9143. I don’t know any php, so I’m hoping to find a plugin that’s relatively easy to customize and set up.

I found this one (https://no.oneslistening.com/?p=160), but it seems that the featured posts are only for sidebars. Furthermore, I’d like to have two tables of featured posts, side by side like in the Transformers website link.

Can someone please recommend such a plugin? Thanks very much.
