Featured Posts in top of Search

Hello, is there a plugin which can help me to get my posts which with flag featured in the top of the search when specific targetted keywords are typed in?

Actually i need it for a real estate website, where if a propery is flagged as featured, it should come in thetop of search for the specific set of keywords.
