Featured posts using tags?

  • I have followed the instructions on this website:

    As I want to set the tags so I can make some of my posts my “Primary Posts” It says to go:
    Appearance > Customize and there I should be able to enter a tag that I can set primary posts with. But for some reason when I click Customize I have no area where I can set the tags?

    Could someone help please?
