Featured Product Image Stopped Displaying

    I’ve inherited a 3+ year old shop. The featured product images are no longer displaying (although the same images DO appear in the ‘related content’). Before I go through the disabling of plugins to troubleshoot or restore from backup, I wanted to ask if the error could have been caused by my deleting a user with the role of shop owner? My last backup is 5 days old and I hate to lose 5 days of user account changes and transaction data.
