Featured Products/Hand Picked Products Not Showing All Products

    I am trying to help a client troubleshoot an issue with product blocks. The blocks are only showing up to 20 of the 38 available products as options to add to the featured or handpicked blocks. (Using WooCommerce 4.2.2, WordPress 5.4.2, PHP 7.3.5, and Blocks 2.8.0 – Seasoned Pro Theme, 4.1.2 with Genesis 3.3.2)

    Here’s what I have tried:

    I cleared expired and WooCommerce transients
    I regenerated the product lookup tables

    All product visibility is set to “Catalog visibility: Shop and search results”

    I have tried cloning a product that is showing up fine and changed the image, name, slug so that all other attributes were the same – no luck.

    I created a new page with nothing on it to see if there was a product limit – still only seeing the first 20.

    Is there a limit set somewhere? I did not see anything anywhere and am running out of ideas to try.

    Hi there,

    The Featured Product section can only display 1 product at a time, it doesn’t show all featured products if you marked them “featured” in the product settings.

    For the Handpicked products section, I’ve tested by selecting more than 20 products and they all showed up on my page, so there isn’t a limit to the number of products to display.

    It might be that the theme you’re using altered the block template and changed the number of product displayed. To test, I’d recommend temporarily switching to a default theme, such as Storefront to see if it can show more than 20 products.

    If the issue comes from the theme, you can reach out to them directly to remove the limit.
