Featured Products not showing / Shortcodes not working

    Just finished the migration (staging server) and my featured images are not showing at the top of the main “shop” page and none of the Jigoshop shortcodes are functioning either. Just displaying the shortcode in the body of the page.
    – Using Skeleton theme, but tried this with twentysixteen as well.
    – disabled all plugins except jigoshop too!

    In Jigoshop eCommerce we do not use shortcodes anymore – you can display the featured products in a different way.

    Wow… While I appreciate that you DID reply, what an entirely useless answer.

    Wouldn’t it make just a smidge more sense to actually provide some semblance of direction!?!?!?

    Your website offers just about nothing by way of support for the new changes in 2.0. In fact, the website is where I learned about the short codes…. Hmmm??? Where am I supposed to learn how to show featured products or other functions of the new version since THIS is clearly not where you provide support.

    This is a little bit rude, but understandable.
    My options are limited here, at our WordPress support forums, since I cannot do much here.
    Most of the time I recommend contacting us at [email protected] directly, since I can do much more there, than here.

    Agreed. Sorry for being rude. Just hugely disappointed in your version of “support”. I’ll send in an email and work my way through that process. Can’t imagine why anybody buys this software. At least with WooCommerce there is a community and some semblance of accurate documentation.
