Featured Slider Headline Link doesn’t work

Hi, if I move the mouse over the Headline in the Featured Slider section, it looks like a link and it should get you to read the article. But when you click on it, nothing happens. Is there anywhere a box I need to click on in the customise section? I can’t find anything.
